Itinerary
Your retreat will be led by me to provide a thoughtful combination of guided painting lessons, independent exploring, and shared moments on the coast of Maine. Through observation, one-on-one support, and group tutorials, each member will leave this retreat with a sharp eye for the natural world and a finished landscape painting on canvas based on the local environment.
Meals
The retreat is self-catered. A full kitchen is available for guests who prefer to cook, and there are excellent local dining options nearby (suggestions curated and provided by the venue). The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Coffee and snacks included!
Oysters, charcuterie, and non alcoholic drinks will be provided at the bar upon check-in for the meet and greet. A fresh lobster lunch will be provided (vegetarian options as well!) upon checkout
Location
123-136 Pound Road in Hancock, ME
“The goal is not to learn how to paint, but how to see the world in a different way”
The Experience
Set on 40 quiet coastal acres, The Foggy Pearl is a historic lobster pound woven together by wooden bridges, shoreline paths, and cozy gathering spaces. Guests are free to explore the landscape, settle into quiet corners, and move between rest and creation at their own pace.
